In my opinion, the only drawback was the lack of a balcony in the rooms. However, I understand that not everyone might find this important, and there are still plenty of other great features to enjoy at Hotel LB Villa De Cuenca.

The people. It was very clean.

Location. The ad made it look closer to town but it was far away and surrounded by warehouses. Practical but that was it. I would recommended only to people that have a car and don't mind being far away from Cuenca.

Very good overall. The only back point is the location, but, it was compensated with the price difference. After all, jumping into the car to visit the downtown it is the same driving 2 or 3 minutes.

The black and white décor with wooden floors gives the rooms a stylish touch. I loved the flat-screen TV in my room, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Some may not like the limited toiletries provided in the private bathroom. But it's just my personal opinion, others might still find it sufficient.

Wonderful hotel on the industry area of Cuenca, 5 minutes by car from downtown. New, clean, easy free parking, low fare. Perfect for who is traveling around Spain by car and need somewhere to stay between Madri and Valencia.

The reception lady was extremely helpful when we asked for directions to visit the nearby city. The room was clean and warm, and the hotel itself was modern and well maintained.

The location was not ideal, as it was situated in the middle of an industrial site. This meant that there was a lot of noise and dust, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Very friendly staff, very good value for money

The hotel is way out, 7 km from Cuenca center, with no public transport connections, hence, nothing for people without a car. No bar or restaurant service over the week-end.

Friendly Staff, Decent Price

I recently went on a city trip with some friends and decided to stay in a hotel near the city center. The hotel had friendly staff who greeted us upon our arrival and our room was clean and comfortable. the room rate was quite affordable. We were happy to note that the hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which made it easier for us to stay in touch with our families back home.

The hotel's location, however, was not ideal. It is situated in a noisy neighborhood which can make it difficult to sleep at night.

We had a nice weekend at a budget hotel slightly outside of town. The room was clean and comfortable, with a flat screen TV and good Wi-Fi. We appreciated the free parking available. Despite being near an industrial area, the hotel was quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The surrounding countryside was beautiful, with great views and nice walks just a short drive away.

The hotel is a bit far from most of the attractions in the area, so you will need a car to get around. The breakfast was not very varied, but it was sufficient for a quick bite.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lb Villa De in Cuenca for a weekend getaway. The staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate despite the language barrier. The hotel is located in a quiet industrial area, which was a positive for us as we had a car and could easily drive into town. There was plenty of free street parking available outside the hotel. The washroom was modern and pleasant, and the room itself was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch.

Modern hotel, localizated in industrial zone of Cuenca, 5 min from the center of Cuenca. The hotel was cheap and the quality was ok.For the price we didnt expect anything special. The most important was that the room was clean, the bathroom pretty big and new. the shower was big too. the air conditioning works perfectly and the beds are comfortable. the recepcion was very nice and helpfull. that's a perfect place to spend there one night and to visit Cuenca and to feel comfortable in a cheap hotel.

The kids were screaming in the morning in the hole, so they woke me up(we had a room just next to the elevator) but this is not the fault of the hotel.

This hotel is located in an industrial park, which may not be ideal for those who prefer to stay in the town centre. However, it offers a quiet and secure location, plenty of free street parking and modern and clean facilities. Guests appreciated friendly and helpful service and a good breakfast. The hotel rooms are nicely decorated and have modern bathrooms, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Some guests noted poor sound insulation, leading to noise disturbances during the night.
